This policy is entered into by Pahadi Treks in collaboration with {{INSURANCE_PROVIDER}}. Pahadi Treks neither underwrites nor settles claims under this policy and is not an insurer. All coverage decisions, claims approvals, and payment shall be at the sole discretion of {{INSURANCE_PROVIDER}}, as per policy terms and conditions.

Pahadi Treks is simply an intermediary to enable customers to secure insurance services and shall never be liable for any delay, denial, dispute, or loss in connection with the insurance coverage, claims, or service offered by {{INSURANCE_PROVIDER}}.

The customers are asked to read and understand the policy terms, such as inclusions, exclusions, and claim procedure, before selecting cover. Under this policy, the customer is agreeing to all the conditions and waiving any direct claims against Pahadi Treks under the insurance.
